These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Arcée website and the purchase of products from Arcée.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General
Arcée provides architectural lighting products designed and manufactured in Australia.
All products are sold subject to availability and these Terms & Conditions.
Arcée reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Product Information
Arcée products are hand-cast using glass fibre reinforced concrete (GFRC).
Due to the nature of the material and casting process, slight variations in colour, texture and surface detail are normal and form part of the product’s character.
Product images are provided for reference only and may vary slightly from the final product.
3. Orders
All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance by Arcée.
Arcée reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including where pricing or product information has been incorrectly displayed.
Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
Trade pricing is available only to approved trade account holders.
5. Shipping
Orders are dispatched from the Gold Coast, Australia.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability.
Arcée is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of many Arcée products, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, customers must notify Arcée within 7 days of delivery.
Where appropriate, Arcée may offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
7. Installation
Arcée lighting products must be installed by a licensed electrician.
Arcée is not responsible for damage, injury, or product failure caused by incorrect installation.
All electrical installations must comply with applicable Australian standards.
8. Warranty
Arcée products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover:
• Incorrect installation
• Misuse or damage
• Normal wear and surface variation in GFRC
Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, product designs, text and branding, is the property of Arcée and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products will be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
